Client has the option to cancel an ad campaign prior to the campaign going live on the agreed upon start date on the selected online or mobile publisher(s). Once a campaign has begun, advertisers will not be eligible for a refund. Only on the multi-month subscription ad campaigns are advertisers able to receive refunds. Refund will be given on a pro-rated basis for the remaining whole months purchased after termination.
